If you missed out on our Carols on Friday, you can still invite family and friends to join us tonight. We will be setting up at 5.30pm so if you’re able to help please come along. Stalls will be open 6pm to 6.45pm when the main program commences.

All nominations were approved and members welcomed at our Annual General Meeting last Sunday. The Master Plan presented for the future development of the site was also adopted. The church leadership will now progress the Master Plan forward and seek further detailed design options to extend the auditorium and associated areas in readiness for future growth here at Kruger.

During our Christmas Carols tonight we’ll have a stall with a difference; pigs, sheep, chickens all on sale… but before you plan on tipping over tables!.. it’s for people in need, living in other countries through the work of Baptist World Aid (BWA). You buy a gift card to give to someone, while BWA do the work of training people to look after the livestock. There are also toilets, maternal health, education, clean water and lots of other gifts. The stall also will run for the next 2 Sundays. EFTPOS is available.

Please be praying for Lindsay Dale as he has now arrived in Myanmar. He will be there for a month spending time in a teachers training college hoping to find ways to bring improved techniques to the teachers there. There will be a special offering held during both services on Sunday 10th December. All money given will be used to buy Christmas presents and sent to the children in both the schools and IDP camp near where Lindsay is staying in Myitkyina .

The bread run will continue to operate over the school holidays at the regular time of 7.00-7.30pm on Friday nights. If you would like some free bread or rolls for yourself or maybe for a neighbour, then please come along to the church and help yourself. Thank you to those on the bread run roster that make this ministry possible each week.

Prayer is a vital part of both our Christian walk and our church’s well being. Each week we will be encouraging the church to pray for a different ministry in our church and the needs of our community. This week’s focus will once again be on our Christmas Carols event.
 Pray that the children and their families who come to our carols tonight might be welcomed and engage with the Christmas message.
 Pray that the technical side of the production goes off without any problems.
 Pray for good weather so that we can enjoy the pre-carols activities and fellowship outside.
Other prayer points:
Praise Jesus for Suze Poletti’s improvement in her health. Continue to pray for Suze’s full, though long recovery. Pray also for her husband, Dave and her family; that they feel comforted and encouraged during this time.
Pray for Tessa and Sarah as they both heal from recent operations.
Pray also for Mae who has been in hospital this week but is now recuperating at home.
