To be a crew leader you need to:

Love Jesus, love kids & be a part of the Kruger/Springfield Baptist family. 

A crew leader is:

• Builds friendly, supportive relationships and learns kids’ names
• Listens actively, leads discussions, and asks thoughtful questions
• Participates in activities while encouraging kids and supporting key leaders

Here are some of the fun things you’ll do!

• Attend training sessions leading up to True North
• Attend True North each day 8:30am-1pm
• End the week with the Friday night finale 6-8pm

We also need people to serve on the admin team, set up/pack up & Friday night finale, if you are available and willing to serve please be in contact.
